General FAQ's
- All prices on our website are Per Person.
- Google Map links and full address details are available on the campsite specific webpage.
- All of our campsites open on Thursday at 08:00 and close on Monday at 11:00 unless otherwise stated on the campsite specific webpage.
- Thursday to Friday Check in from 08:00 to 21:00. On Saturday Check in from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Sunday Check out from 07:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Monday Check out from 07:00 to 11:00
- Yes, please pack your things and see the reception staff on Sunday morning before 11:00 who will direct you to a parking space- if available. Please note - It is not possible to leave the Austrian Grand Prix campsite with a vehicle until after 20:00.
- Yes you can park 1 car next to your tent. In very adverse weather conditions this will change.
- No, parking for Glamping tents is within a designated area close to the tents. In very adverse weather conditions this will change.
- Please go to Reception with your booking confirmation. Reception will check you in and issue you with wristbands for each member of your party. These wristbands need to be worn at all times for the duration of your stay. If lost or damaged, replacement wristbands are available at reception. You will be required to pay a refundable pitch deposit before being shown to your pitch/tent.
- Once payment has been made within 48 hours a booking confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered into your account. If you are unable to find your booking confirmation you can send a copy by logging in to your account and within your booking press the “Resend Booking Confirmation Email”.
- Race Tickets for the Belgian Grand Prix 2022 are E-Tickets. These will be uploaded into your account area shortly before the event. You will receive an email when these are ready to download. Race Tickets for all other events are issued at the Campsite Reception. The lead booker must bring photo ID to collect your race tickets. Race tickets are non-refundable.
- Yes, at all campsites you will be required to place a 20£/€ if bringing your own tent or Live-In Vehicle. If hiring a pre-erected tent or glamping, you will be required to place a 100£/€ deposit. Deposits are payable in cash in the local currency. Please ensure you collect a receipt. On check out, please ensure your pitch/tent is clean and tidy, and return to reception with your deposit receipt. Following inspection of your pitch/tent your deposit will be refunded at the discretion of our campsite team. Deposits cannot be refunded after the campsite has closed.
- Security regularly patrols the site but cannot be everywhere. Guests are responsible for assisting us by being vigilant and informing staff of any incidents. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to property and persons during your stay.
- We are not responsible for any items, damaged, lost or stolen from our sites. In the first instance we advise you lock any valuables in the boot of your vehicle. Please do not bring any unnecessary valuables. If you do not have your car on campsite, please ask at Reception
- Yes, all our campsites have these facilities.

- Camping Pitch is a maximum of 7m x 7m with exception to Austria. Pitch sizes are spacious and allocated in relation to your requirement. Live-In Vehicle Pitch is a maximum of 8m x 8m with exception to Austria. Pitch sizes are spacious and allocated in relation to your requirement. Austrian Grand Prix pitch size a maximum of 6m x 5m.
- At selected events you can add Electrical Hook Up as a bookable extra. Please see our campsite specific webpages for more information. When available, spaces are limited so early booking is recommended.
- No we do not offer electrical hook up for your own tent.

- Yes, you can bring a small personal generator. Please consider your neighbours when using your generator. Your generator must be switched off from midnight to 06:00 am.
- At selected events you can add sleeping bags as a bookable extra.
- At selected events you can add airbeds as a bookable extra.
- You are free to use any purpose built BBQ at our campsites, with exception to those in Spain, Monaco and France. In Spain and Monaco gas fuelled BBQ’s are allowed. In France, due to the terrain and local authority restrictions, all types of BBQs are not permitted. At the campsites where BBQs are permitted, these must be raised off the ground.
- These items are strictly prohibited.
- Yes, but not inside any Campsite structure including Glamping and Pre-Erected tents.
- Yes, but you are not permitted to drink this within the entertainment marquee. Glass bottles are not permitted.
- Sockets are available in reception for charging devices on a first come first serve basis. We recommend to bring a car charger or a portable power bar.
- No we do not allow pets at our campsites.
- Rubbish skips are provided on site, please use them or take your rubbish with you. All rubbish is to be removed from your pitch and roadways. Do not place hot coals or ashes in these skips.
- Quiet time is observed from 01:00am to 06:30am. Voices and noises must be kept to a minimum during these hours. All activities during this time should not interfere with the comfort and well-being of other campers.
- Before departing on your journey please refer to our map on the event page. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct route information, our information is only a guide to help you and we are not responsible for diversions or road closures on route or around Grand Prix Circuits. The Circuit and the Police, reserve the right to implement or amend traffic management plans with no prior notice.
- Live-In Vehicle Pitches are suitable for vehicles that are less than *8 meters long and have a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of no more than 3.5 tonnes. If your vehicle exceeds these measurements, please contact us before making a booking. *Austria is limited to 6 meters
